I have been involved in art in one way or another all my life. Dreaming and drawing from an early age. I was comissioned to produce murals while still in highschool, which cultivated my love for large works. Dabbled in potting and wood carving. My hand carved decoys have been sold from California to Maine. Painting is my latest passion. Oils are my first love, however, I have found a new freedom with acrylics. Patience not being one of my virtues, its drying time thrills me. After a visit to the Atlanta aquarium, jellyfish have captured my imagination, at least for the present. Being of, in part, native american decent, I am yet again drawn in a new direction. I consider all of my work to be mistakes and feel compelled to keep striving for unattainable perfection. I derive my inspiration from life in all its pain and glory and joy, and my talented and beautiful daughter (a brilliant being)
